The journey began in 2001. As Royal Biryani. The culinary landscape of Chandernagar witnessed the luminous presence of a unique restaurant. Within months of its inception, the restaurant built a glittering reputation on the strength of its signature Biryani.
What conquered the heart and soul of Chandernagar as Royal Biryani for 20 years, became Bongo Rosona in 2019.
- The name changed to a new one and fame elevated higher. The Menu Card assumed a bigger size and got studded with popular cuisines from across the globe.
- The old favourite welcomed newer brethren. Foodies got exposed to more options and could derive more gastronomic pleasure.
- More connoisseurs of quality found started pouring in, and a capacity of 100 guests, at times, seemed not enough. The available space was given a makeover to ease almost regular long queues and waiting time.
However, the wait is always rewarded with unmatched food and unforgettable experience.
